What each role can do
Super administrator
Full access, including administrator accounts, the audit log and platform settings.
Administrator
Modules, learners, instructors, moderation and certificates. Cannot create administrators.
Lecture instructor
Writes and edits lectures for assigned modules, and sees how learners are doing on them.

The founding account
The super administrator was created when the platform was set up on 4 August 2025 and cannot be created, suspended or removed from inside the console. Transferring it is a deliberate, separate act - not a dropdown on this page.
